Parsed in the browser — the last sheet's WEEK ENDING blocks become entries; SALES / counts boxes are used to reconcile, the "Last Year MONTHLY STATS" box is captured for YoY. Re-importing a month replaces previously-imported rows but never touches rows typed into this page.
One row per agent book — Dave has a deals book and a postals book, exactly like his two blocks on the sheet. Deactivate rather than delete once entries exist; sort sets the block order.
