← Ads Manager · Which images, videos, headlines and sitelinks bring in Pipedrive leads and won cases, and which ad each lead clicked. Read-only — pulled from Google Ads and Pipedrive each morning; nothing is changed in either.

How to read this. Leads and Won are the Pipedrive conversions the conversion sync sends to Google, as Google credits them to each asset. Google gives every asset shown in an ad the whole conversion, so the numbers overlap — compare images with images and headlines with headlines, and never add rows up. Conversions count on the day of the click, so the latest month or two keep rising as cases are won. Greyed rows have fewer than 5 leads and 5 won cases — too few to judge.
Each lead's click is found by the click id on the deal (the GCLID field), among the clicks captured from Google each morning. Google keeps clicks for 90 days, so leads from before capture began can't be matched. This shows the ad, ad group and keyword — not the image: Google mixes assets into each ad and doesn't say which were shown. Pipeline = the deal's pipeline now. Real leads leave out duplicates and debtors (by lost reason). Quoted (shown once the pipeline's quoted stage is set in the conversion sync settings) = a real lead that reached that stage or a later one, or was won. Won value: Debt Recovery and Legal at the deal's value; High Court at the fixed service value the conversion sync uses.
