Sync & connection

MediaHawk REST → D1 every 10 minutes (trailing window re-pulled so late outcomes and edits land). Webhooks add "ringing now" rows the moment a call starts.

Assumptions. Times are as MediaHawk reports them (UK); days bucket on the start date. Status Successful = answered, Unanswered = missed, Engaged = busy; average length uses answered calls only. Organic and direct calls have no keyword, so their keyword class is "unknown". Value, category and notes edited later in MediaHawk arrive on the next sync of the trailing window. Both brands share the account — a call that matches no DCB Legal rule counts as DCBL. Channel, keyword class, campaign and brand are derived when a call is stored: saving brand terms or channel / brand rules in Settings re-derives every stored call in the background (or press Reclassify).
