Paste reviews separated by a blank line — an optional last line like — John S. becomes the reviewer, an optional line like 4 stars sets the rating (default 5). Or upload a CSV with review/name/rating columns (e.g. a Trustpilot export). Short reviews become a static square; long ones become a carousel (slides + a LinkedIn-ready PDF document) — overridable per post. Wrap phrases in *asterisks* to highlight them teal like the house template; line breaks inside a review become paragraph gaps; a short opening line is promoted to the corner banner automatically (edit or AI-write it per post), and AI highlights picks the teal phrases for you if you don't mark any.
