One record of every review received — Feefo pulls in automatically for both brands each morning; Trustpilot, Google and emailed reviews are added by hand — and of every place it was published. A review can only be approved once and can never be posted twice: the hub checks every new entry against everything it already holds and tells you if it has already gone out.

For Trustpilot, Google and emailed reviews. Paste the text exactly as written. The hub checks it against everything already held as you type — if the same review is already here (or already published) you'll see it before you save.
Export your review sheet (or a Trustpilot export) as CSV and drop it here. Columns are matched by their headers — reviewer / date / stars / review text / source / service / sent by / "posted on LinkedIn" date / post link / notes. Rows with a LinkedIn date land as published, so the history is in the hub from day one. Preview first: rows already in the hub are flagged and skipped.
In Trello: board menu → Print, export and share → Export as JSON, then choose that file here. Review cards (“1. Guy Morgan Blog”, “1. Guy Morgan linked In”) become the LinkedIn / blog drafts on the matching review in this hub — the card description is the copy, the list says how far along it is — and every other card goes to the PR Board, list for list. Trello comments come across too. Nothing is written until you press Import, and a card already imported is never duplicated.
Trello only serves attachments to an API key + token. Get a key at trello.com/power-ups/admin (New → API key), then use its “Token” link to generate a token for your account. The values are used for this import only and are not stored. Without them the images are kept as links to Trello and can be re-uploaded by hand.
Published Feefo reviews are pulled from the public reviews feed for both merchants every morning at 07:00 UTC (setting reviews.feefo_ingest). Re-running never duplicates. Use Backfill once to bring in the whole history. Only reviews at or above the star floor (setting reviews.min_rating, default 4★) are pulled in — this is a marketing pipeline, not a complaints log.
Two routes, per brand. Business Profile (recommended) returns every review on a listing — Connect → Google Business Profile on the portal home page (sign in as the account that manages the listings), then List GBP locations below and paste each brand’s resource name into the reviews settings. Places API is the fallback: Google caps it at the 5 newest reviews per listing with no history, so it only catches new arrivals. Runs after Feefo each morning (reviews.google_ingest).
