How access works
Edit access on a user ticks the tools they can open — the Reviews board and the PR Board (with the calendar) are separate, so a reviewer need never see the PR board and vice versa.
Changes apply straight away — the server checks on every request, so nobody has to sign out and back in. Nav links and home-page tiles for tools they can't use disappear.
Every tool (the default, and what every account had before this existed) also covers tools added later; a hand-picked list does not.
Portal admin is the Users page, the settings store, connections and scheduled jobs. You can't remove your own — another admin (or the master password) has to.
Moving a card between the two boards needs access to both; the move button only shows when you have it.
Sales Log is its own tick: it controls the portal link to the sheet, the agents / import admin on it, and whether signing in here walks you straight into it. The team's shared access code for the sheet itself is unaffected.
