Lost Debt Recovery / High Court deals with a "no contact" lost reason and a UK mobile, formatted for the Meera campaign upload (campaign, UK, digits-only mobile, deal id as external_system_id, Origin as source). Deals whose "Sent to Meera" field is filled are skipped when the field key is configured under portal settings → meera.

API push (needs meera.api_token in settings):
Upload the downloaded CSV to Meera without opening and re-saving it in Excel — Excel rewrites the mobile numbers into scientific notation (that's the 4.47301E+11 in the old uploads) and destroys the digits.
